StarSleep Limited Warranty Policy

I. Coverage Summary

10-Year Warranty on Frame

  • StarSleep will replace defective metal frames.
  • Note: The customer is responsible for all shipping and service costs.

3-Year Warranty on Motor

  • StarSleep will replace defective motors at no charge.
  • Note: The customer is responsible for all related shipping and service fees.

1-Year Warranty

  • Covered Parts: Battery, wood components, and remote controls
  • Terms: Free repair or replacement for any manufacturing defect within 1 year of the original purchase date.

Applicable Products:
All StarSleep Orin Adjustable Beds and items purchased directly from seniorssw.com or authorized StarSleep dealers.

II. Warranty Eligibility

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The "original purchaser" is defined as the individual who bought the product directly from StarSleep or an authorized retailer.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. is required for all warranty claims.
  • If the product is resold or transferred, the warranty becomes void.

III. What’s Covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in StarSleep furniture (e.g., beds, chairs) in original packaging, delivered to addresses within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii.

Products purchased in bundles are included under this warranty.

Note: Mattresses, and non-furniture accessories may be covered by separate warranties.

IV. Covered Defects

This warranty protects against defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship as determined by StarSleep.

V. Exclusions – What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear (including fabric, foam, or paint)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Commercial use or rental
  • Improper installation or handling

VI. Warranty Remedy

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, StarSleep’s sole obligation will be the repair or replacement of the defective product, as per the terms above.

VII. Your Responsibilities

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Provide proof of original purchase
  • You may be responsible for a $375 shipping fee (each way) for replacement products
  • This fee may be waived if StarSleep confirms a verified manufacturing defect
  • We may request photo or video evidence of the issue instead of a return
