StarSleep. will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser. The remote control, battery, and wood products are entitled to a one-year warranty.

Three-Year Warranty on Motor: During the second through fifth years from the date of purchase, StarSleep. will replace the motor found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective parts.

Ten-Year Warranty on Frame: During the second through ten years from the date of purchase, StarSleep. Will replace metal frames found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective parts.
